Preparation of the pit for the pool

For the construction of the pool, it is necessary to dig a pit 90 cm deep and 5 m in diameter. Next to the main pit, an adjacent rectangular pit for the filter and pump is dug. Then, in the main pit, a hole is made for the pump hose.

The openings for entering water into the pool, as well as for removing water from the bowl, are washed with water. Then these holes are expanded with a drill with a diameter of 100 mm.

Using a metal profile and a level, the sand is leveled and compacted with water from a hose. Metal pins are installed around the perimeter of the pit so that the pool is round.

The pool body must be made of galvanized iron. A sheet of metal is twisted on a special machine. First, the edges of the sheet must be folded.

After that, the roll of metal is placed in the pit. The seam of the sheet is connected with blind rivets. In order for the sides of the hull not to fall into the sand, a sheet of metal around the perimeter is fixed with a finishing rail from the siding.

The bottom and walls of the pool are covered with 50 mm extruded polystyrene foam and a waterproof film. A ladder is installed on the wall of the case.

Then holes with a diameter of 110 mm are cut in the sheet of metal and pipes are laid. They are connected with plastic couplings.

Arrangement of the external perimeter of the pool

The sides of the pool are leveled in height using a laser level, and then supports from a bar of 25X50X500 mm are installed along the outer perimeter of the bowl.

From a profile of 25X50 mm, it is necessary to bend two rings: an inner and an outer ring with a diameter of 3.93 m and 5 m, respectively. The rings are installed close to the iron body.

A wooden floor is laid on the supports, and the gap between the pool body and the foundation pit is covered with soil. Then install pump and filter and fill the finished pool with water.
