Garlic arrows salad - an original tasty appetizer
Gardeners who grow garlic know that around the middle of summer, it starts to release arrows. Many tasty and healthy dishes are prepared from them, including a salad of garlic arrows. This product is harvested for the winter in order to enjoy a fragrant product until the next season.
Features of making salads from garlic arrows
To get a truly tasty and healthy dish, you must follow a number of rules:

Ingredients:

Cooking method:
- Wash arrows, cut into small pieces. Boil water in a saucepan, put the garlic product in it and cook for five minutes. Throw in a colander.
- Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan. Peel the onion and chop into half rings. Send in oil and fry, stirring constantly, until golden brown. Add garlic arrows and continue to fry for another five minutes.
- Season everything with spices, salt and add soy sauce. Stir well with a spatula. Cook for another two minutes. Squeeze the peeled garlic through a press. Mix. Serve the salad chilled as a snack.
Young arrows can not be boiled, but immediately start frying.
Garlic Arrow Salad with Egg
The combination of garlic arrows with an egg is a delicious and original appetizer. Tomatoes will add juiciness and freshness to the salad.
Ingredients:

Sauce:
- ½ lemon;

- 50 ml soy sauce;
- 2 teeth garlic;
- to the taste of Weijin Chinese seasoning, ground black pepper, paprika.
Cooking method:
- The first step is to prepare the sauce.Mix oil with lemon juice. Add soy sauce, all the seasonings and finely grated garlic. Stir thoroughly.
- Wash the garlic arrows, the mode is 5 cm strips. We put them in boiling, slightly salted water and cook for three minutes. Throw it back on a sieve and cool.
- Chop the peeled onion in half rings and fry until transparent in a pan.
- Cut the meat into bars, put it on the onion and fry over high heat until golden brown, stirring continuously. Add garlic arrows, pour in a little water and simmer for five minutes.

- Rinse the garlic arrows and cut into small pieces. Pour water into a saucepan, lightly salt it. Put the arrows out, stir and leave for a couple of hours. After the allotted time, fold in a colander and leave to dry slightly.
- Wash the pork tenderloin, dip with a disposable towel and cut into thin strips.
- Chop the peeled onion into small cubes. Peel the garlic cloves and chop into thin slices. Grate the peeled carrots for a Korean salad.
- Dissolve cornstarch in half a glass of water. Add soy sauce and stir.
- Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan. Put the pork and fry over high heat, stirring occasionally, for three minutes.
- Put garlic arrows, carrots to the meat and fry for another two minutes. Then put back in a colander and leave for a while.
- In a small amount of fat, fry the garlic and onion until golden brown. Pour in the starch solution, bring to a boil, lay out the arrows with carrots and meat. Stir and remove from heat after a minute. Add chili if desired. Serve the salad chilled.
If the arrows are bitter, pour boiling water over them and leave for a couple of minutes, then immediately transfer them to ice water.
