Feijoa are not fruits, but berries, but due to the fact that they are very large, they are not generally cooked. The berries are crushed either to a puree state, or simply into an almost homogeneous mass with small pieces. And the skin is not removed, because it also contains vitamins. It is enough just to wash the berries well and cut the tails.

- 1.5 kg of exotic berries;
- 150-200 g cranberries;
- 2 large lemons;
- sugar in the amount of one kilogram.
You can add more sugar to make the jam sweeter. And for the originality of the taste and texture of the dessert, add also 300 g of walnuts, after chopping them. Twist all the berries and fruits through an ordinary meat grinder, add the nuts and sugar and stir. Let it stand for a couple of hours and can be put in jars.
