Every gardener can prepare Bordeaux liquid independently

To protect fruit and berry and flower plants from fungal diseases, gardeners often use Bordeaux liquid (fungicide). There is a 1% and 3% solution of this product. The first is used when processing blossoming plants, and the second is used in late autumn or early spring when there are no leaves. To prepare the mixture, you need to get 2 bags from the package: the first with lime, the second with copper sulfate.

The main active ingredient is, of course, copper sulfate, lime is used to prevent copper from burning the leaves. Each substance is separately diluted in water. Be sure to use plastic or enameled containers. You can learn more about how to properly prepare Bordeaux liquid from the video plot.
