The combination of two incompatible products - minced meat and zucchini - is amazing. The subtle taste of tender vegetables blends harmoniously with the bright texture of meat. It is noteworthy, but even a teenager can cook this dish.

Minced meat turns out to be tender and juicy if you use several types of meat. Grind it in a blender, but without the onion. Pour finely chopped onion into a frying pan preheated with oil. When it becomes soft, minced meat is spread to it. In the meantime, cut the tomato into cubes and spread over the browned meat. Now the main thing is not to miss the moment of readiness, which will come as soon as the water evaporates from the vegetables. In total, this will take about 5 minutes. Instead of tomatoes, you can use regular pasta or ketchup.

How to peel a tomato? In the upper part of the fruit, cross-shaped incisions are made. The product is placed in a bowl with boiling water for several minutes. Then they wash it under a cold stream and separate the skin from the pulp.

Sour cream sauce - a place for only two

For refueling, the hostess will need 3-4 large tablespoons of low-fat sour cream, as well as 1 tbsp. l. yogurt (no additives). If you want to get a high-calorie casserole, use more fatty dairy products. In a glass container, the ingredients are mixed with:

  • 2 eggs;
  • seasoning "Oregano" (1/2 tsp);
  • salt and black pepper;
  • 3-4 teeth garlic (if small, then 5 pieces).

Using a whisk, beat the mass in good faith until it becomes smooth. After that, you can turn on the oven at 180˚С. Now they start cleaning the zucchini. They are cut lengthwise to make thin slices. They should not show through, but at the same time not be too thick.

Traditionally, young zucchini are not peeled. But the rule can be safely broken if the surface of the fetus is uneven or with defects.

It remains only to collect the casserole

The glass form is greased. A layer of chopped vegetable plates is spread on the bottom. Pour over with sour cream sauce. Spread the minced meat layer evenly. In this sequence, the subsequent floors are lined up until the ingredients run out.
