A light apple tincture is prepared in this way:

  • Peel 1.5 kg of apples from seeds and damaged parts, but leave the skin and chop finely;
  • put fruit in a glass container;
  • pour 1 liter of vodka;
  • insist 2 weeks in a dark and warm place;
  • from 0.5 l of water and 300 g of sugar, boil the syrup and let it cool;
  • pour the syrup into the tincture, shake well and leave for 3 hours.

Strain the resulting drink, pour into bottles and store in the refrigerator.

This tincture does not need to be diluted with anything, and apart from alcohol and fruits, nothing is needed, not even sugar. And you can emphasize the apple flavor by adding a little cinnamon and a couple of grams of vanillin.

The recipe for a strong tincture is very simple: peeled and finely chopped apples just need to be poured with vodka. The proportions are the same, that is, 1 kg of apples is needed for 1 liter of vodka. Then close tightly and send it to the closet for at least 10 days. After the specified time has elapsed, all that remains is to strain the drink.
