The set of garden tools that you will need for soil cultivation consists of many tools, we will consider some of them.

Fokin's flat cutter designed for loosening the soil and removing weeds. It consists of a curved blade and a large wooden or metal handle. The lower part of the blade is curved in the shape of a two. Flat cutter swift

The swift flat cutter is designed to work the soil between closely planted plants. The tool consists of a blade made of two arcs. Thanks to the narrow handle and loop blade, the flat cutter is convenient to work between rows. The tool does not touch cultivated plants, but only digs out weeds and dandelions from the soil.

Due to its low weight, the swift plane cutter is most often used for working on heavy soils.

The upper part of the blade of this tool is not specially sharpened. This allows easy loosening of the soil. The underside of the plane cutter must be sharpened for working on heavy soil. After processing the soil with this tool, no digging or aeration of the beds is required.

Rake for collecting potatoes

The rake blade for collecting potatoes is made of three teeth, the distance between which is 10 cm. The width of the teeth is 3 cm. Thanks to the large teeth, heavy potato tubers can easily be lifted to the soil surface.

The potato picking rake is not intended for loosening the soil.

It is very convenient to collect not only potatoes with such a rake. Due to the rounded ends of the teeth, the rake does not spoil the presentation of the root crops, so this tool is very convenient to use for collecting beets and carrots.
