What could be better on a hot summer afternoon than a cold drink? Of course, you can brew and chill regular green tea or hibiscus. But smoothies are much tastier, and they are also a whole vitamin bomb in a glass, especially if you combine blueberries with other berries and fruits.

For example, you can make the following smoothie options:

  1. Pour 0.5 tbsp into a blender. glasses of frozen blackberries and cranberries. Add a handful of blueberries, 5-6 large strawberries and 1 banana. Pour in 100 ml of green tea and 50 ml of soy milk. At the end, put a couple of tablespoons of honey and beat well until smooth.
  2. Grind a banana with a blender, 60 g of frozen berries (blueberries, raspberries, strawberries), 150 ml of orange juice and 200 ml of lemon yogurt. At the end add a little honey and 60 g of tofu.

  1. Grate half a packet of butter (about 120 g).
  2. Pour in half a glass of sugar, mix well with butter.
  3. Add 2 yolks, mix again.
  4. Pour 1 tbsp. flour and grind to make a crumb.
  5. Introduce 2 tbsp. l. sour cream and knead a soft dough, adding more flour if necessary. Send it to the refrigerator for 10-15 minutes, wrapping it in film.
  6. Beat 2 egg whites separately into a strong foam. Add 0.5 tbsp. sugar, 100 g sour cream, 1 tbsp. l. flour and baking powder. Beat again.
  7. Dip the frozen blueberries in flour and add to the mixture.
  8. Roll out the dough into a layer, put on a baking sheet, previously oiled. Lay the filling on top. Bake for half an hour at 180 °.

It is better to take oil directly from the refrigerator, or even better - freeze it a little in the freezer. Then it will come off the grater with beautiful shavings.

Now you can start preparing the base: pour 0.5 liters of milk into the pan. Beat 3 egg yolks separately with 1 tbsp. sugar and add them to milk. Pour in a tablespoon of starch, stir and simmer the mass over low heat, not allowing it to boil. Enough 10 minutes.

While the mass is cooling, beat 300 g of heavy cream. Mix them with chopped blueberries and add them to the cooled workpiece. Stir again and put in the freezer to harden, stirring every 2 hours.
