  3. Place the nightshade in a place where the sun's rays do not fall. Also, the place should be well ventilated. Periodically, the plant is turned over until it is completely dry.

Raw materials are harvested from black nightshade berries since August. The procedure is as follows:

  1. The nightshade berries are harvested together with the stem organ holding the fruit.
  2. The berries are rinsed in cold water and left to dry.
  3. The berries are then removed from the stem organ that holds the fruit.
  4. Ready black nightshade berries are poured into a shallow container, having previously laid paper on the bottom. The fruits should not be placed too tightly together. The berries are dried in the shade, with good air circulation. The fruits must be turned over periodically.
  5. Freshly prepared fruits are placed on a metal sheet and placed in the freezer for 2 hours. Then the berries are taken out and poured into a container.
  6. The container with berries is covered with sugar in equal proportions. After a couple of hours, the fruits are crushed.
